Hiya!

The icons are not included with the purchase of a PROJECT skin, they are sold separately in the store for RP.

You don't get the icons for buying the skins. You can buy the icons seperately for 250 RP each.

They come free in the bundle, but not with any individual skin.

Riot never said anywhere that you get the icons for free if you buy the skin. You have to buy the icons separately.
