Ranked Queue NA Servers Ping/Lag Spikes

Been playing all morning without any lag or issues connecting, until the game I just got into for the ranked queue - nasty ping and lag spikes that were affecting multiple team members. Disconnected to try and see if it was my connection, reconnected about ten minutes ago and still stuck in the loading screen - watching my ping bounce between about 850 and 52, and haven't made it back into the match.

Please look into this Riot, one of the team members was in a series and due to server issues I can't even get back into the game.
