Graves q cost more mana then it says on the ability.
Graves q in game cost 100 mana while on the ability It cost only 70 I do not know if it's a problem with the q or text,

Not a bug. This was hotfixed to a higher mana cost and lower damage on the 17th. The tool tip is getting updated in tonights patch
