[zombie-brand-facepalm] while waiting in the leaver buster 20 min wait the game still thinks your afk and stops the queue they need to fix this I cant start my games [slayer-jinx-unamused]

The queue does not stop unless you close the client or leave the queue (having no activity in the client/afk won't drop you). If the queue did not pop or it acted as if you were absent for it when you did click accept, that's typically due to a connection issue that prevented that information reaching your client or the server in time (or at all).
Do you frequently experience connection issues of any degree, especially small and inconsistent but frequent packet loss? You can run some tests looking for packet loss and lag spikes easily by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);

For further connection troubleshooting, please head over to the Connection Troubleshooting Log Reader. There, you can submit the Network logs from your match(es) and the log reader will show if you were having ping spikes and packet loss.
It will then will direct you to solutions. Please work through the solutions it suggests, and if you need assistance or they do not work post on the Help & Support board and we'll try to help.
