[GAMEPLAY] Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere ult is cast but never activated

On warring kingdoms tryndamere skin i just played, my ultimate ability would be cast but the effects of undying rage never activated in the cast. this happened throughout the entire match, and truly disrupted the teams KD rate and thus gold income and lowered team morale. This was a blowout at 7-30 defeat score.

As i tried to ult with my R these things DID GO RIGHT:

1. Toon engulfed circle of fire when ult was cast
2. warring kingdoms toon did berserker howl/scream indicating ult was activated/spent

things that DID NOT happen:

1. my toon did not gain undying rage/become undying and refusing to go below 30/50/70 health.
2. warring kingoms tryndamere toon did not instantly gain fury of 50/75/100

Once again, this happened throughout the ENTIRE length of the match, and i hope this bug will be looked into. As i tried to ave replay and record my match of the ulting sequence, my recording was interrupted and window automatically shut down with error message.
