i did NOT receive Token or Chest after getting a S Rank in my last game

i finished the game with S class but did not receive the champion token or the hextech chest...

just because there is no way without knowing you one how many chests have you had in the past month more than 3 it will be a little and token will only be recived if the champion is mastery level 5 so get a token
i am champion level 6 with quinn and it registered as if i actually received the hextech chest . it says the next one is available in the next 4 days and before the match it was available ... i did not receive the token or the chest
For the chest: Have you received a chest as Quinn already? You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned a chest while playing as Quinn, then you cannot earn another until next season.
For the token: Since you are level 6, did you actually receive an S, or was it an S-? When you are level 6, only S and S+ grades will give you a token, S- grades won't.
Other than this, I don't know what else to tell you.
