Miss Fortune Bug with E (Make it Rain) & Maybe Zoe Drowsy interaction?

So for this patch and last patch theres been a bug with Miss Fortune E (Make it Rain) I don't know if it has to do with the Mac Version or what, but its very annoying. You can only hear the sound, but you can't see anything. Its invisible.

Also not sure if this is a bug or intended - but I spell shielded Zoe's drowsy as Sivir and I blocked it but I still fell asleep.
