[Gameplay] Fiora Q Bug

It's a small bug that make fiora q strike a minion over a champion but it does affect her gameplays a lot.

The correct target priority for fiora q is a champ with vital(s) >champion > killable minion, zyra plant . But it's now a champ with vital(s) > killable minion, zyra plant > then CHAMPION !! This bug did not exist in season 7. It seems like that she got this bug since the buff in 8.19 E crit patch.

It happens very frequently whenever a dead minion is next to a champ. Fiora q always strikes a minion over a champion !!

I hope this bug would be fixed soon because it is a small bug but it is an annoying one that ruins fiora gameplays really hard.
