Nasty Que Bug

Okay so I came home from work today and I qued up for a 5s game. Still in Que after 50 minutes. I tried restarting the que a few times but now i was kicked from que, the game saying the i had left a champ select. PS: If anyone knows why this is happening plz help, i've restarted league twice and reinstalled already, with no success.
