[CLIENT] IP balance issue

Even though I have enough IP to buy this rune, the client still says I cannot afford it. Furthermore, you can see that it says my balance after purchasing it will be 331 IP. Restarting the client doesn't fix this bug.

Are you using the new client? There was a hiccup quite a while back that desynced many people's IP amounts. Logging into the old client and trying to buy the rune there should solve the issue and re-sync your amount. To log into the old (legacy) client click the launcher and before logging in there should be an option at the bottom right that says "launch legacy client" click it.
