[GAMEPLAY] Slayer jinx's bullets not dissapearing

Since the new patch (5.23) was realesed i noticed that when playing with the Slayer Jinx skin, her bullets don't dissappear immediately after they hit the target, but instead they stay for ~1sec. there. Tried the same with the Firecracker skin and the buttes work fine. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
