Star Guardian Lux E sound

I was playing Doom bots as lux using the Star Guardian skin. After dying while not clicking my E a second time the sound of the E continued throughout the entire game. The other players on my team could hear the sound coming from my character.

I also experienced this. It could be disabled by clicking the "disable all sounds button" and then going back and turning it back on. But once you use your E its right back. High pitched obnoxious noise.
