[CLIENT] Banned from starting games if someone else in the lobby queue dodges

While in the lobby for my last game, someone got upset that my buddy wanted to play Yi mid lane. So, they dodged the queue. Then, I was returned to a lobby (not the queue) and was unable to start games for 5 minutes because the client said my buddy left a game in Champ Select. Neither of us dodged...
