[CRASH] Game will freeze and become unresponsive, no error message or buggsplatt
When playing on summoners rift my game will freeze and become unresponsive. I will have to end the process in task manager but I can reconnect just fine from the client afterwards. There is no error message or buggsplatt. It's becoming an increasingly more annoying and frequent issue for myself as it can happen at the most random of times in game. This has happened a couple of times on the most recent patch and did happen once during the last patch but has become a huge issue for me on 8.14. I have noted I can play aram without this issue happening and it seems to only be a summoners rift issue.

The link below shows two examples of it happening. The first example did happen on the last patch but is a more clear view of it what the issue looks like for myself, the second is one of the more recent times it has occurred on the latest patch.
In order to fix this I have tried the following with no success:
- Changed in game settings
- Repaired the game
- Uninstalled the game and given a clean install
- Updated my drivers for my GPU
