Cant Rejoin Game

I was having ping troubles and during a team fight fell behind (must have died as i no longer had a health bar) was able to keep walking around and other would jump around as well, though we would always go back to our original places. Decided to quit out and rejoin to fix this bug. But as I attempted to rejoin many times I found I could not, the loading bar would always reach 100 but never join again. So I alt f-4'd and logged in, the game checked for differences and I logged in, same problem, this continued till the game ended.

This may be because of the update that must have launched as I left.

Hope I don't get banned for afk'ing.
