[CLIENT} Slow Client With 5.14

Hello , is it just me or the client seems buggy/slow since 5.14 ? i tought it was my desktop but i redownloaded / re-installed LoL , never hapenned to me before that patch , did riot make a statement about this ? because its really tilting me to hit the shop and wait 3-5 mins for it to open .
