(BUG) Soraka/Relic Shield
The auto attacks for Soraka don't trigger the passive on relic shield and it's later items. Please fix.

Which part is bugged? The execute doesn't proc on ranged attacks.
This is not a bug. It is specifically stated in the item description that the execute damage is only caused by MELEE autoattacks. The original iteration of this item line allowed it for all autoattacks, not just melee, but it was causing problems because ADCs would get it too.
Please note that this does not stop you from getting the extra gold or heal from killing minions with a ranged attack (or any other source of damage), you just have to do it without the execute damage.
