In-Game keys not working. No QWER

I have had an issue for about 2 weeks now. it seems about 1 out of 5 games i get this glitch where i can type in chat to people with my keyboard. Works just fine. But if i do not have chat open my keys will not work. When i click to Q, W, E, OR R, or if i try to place a word by using the 4 key or 2 key when i have sight stone, the game does not register anything. I have to manually click the abilities. Now every time i have been able to restart my client and when i come back in, the glitch is gone, Until last night. I played Sona ( thank god ) and the glitch happened. But this time when i restarted my client the issue was not resolved. I tried at least 3 time with no results and had to play the ranked game with no keys. Then, it happened again the very next game, again for the whole game. If anyone has any help to provide me about how to avoid this issue or fix it please speak up. Also to let you all know, yes i did enter the menu and change my settings off quick cast, or normal cast, and default. Non of the changes ever help.
