Game Bug

i started a match as zed, but the loading screen for the character never loaded, and the three second timer before it does, didn't work either, then i tried to close and reopen after 10 min., and after a really LONG loading screen that's been like that since this update, it wouldn't let me reconnect, acted as if i didn't have a match. Don't PUT ME IN LOW PRI PLEASE!!
