i didnt get some tokens, keys and loot box

For token: Did you get an S- or above with a champion that was already lvl 5 before the game to get a lvl 6 token or S and above on an already lvl 6 champion? Also while on Normals SR or Ranked SR?

Keys: These are random anyway when you win.

Loot box: Did you or someone in your premade get a S- or above? And did you already get a chest on that champion? It is only one chest per champion per season. Meaning you need to play a bunch of champions to get chests.
