[Gameplay] Cooldown Return on-demand for Unique Named Actives

I seem to have found a way to return the used Cooldown on items with Unique Named Actives(Quicksilver Sash/Tiamat) and was able to verify at least on those two items, and on demand replicate it.

Basically comes down to you can use the ability on the end-version(Hydra/Scim) then sell it and buy a lower version and use it again. At one point I was able to restore the upper version by undoing and redoing and things like that, though in my testing I couldn't quite replicate that on demand. It is possible, however.

edit: Not sure why the 'highlight' clips aren't linking directly to them, but you can still see the highlights with the bugs by clicking on the first and second highlight link.
