Pinging Feature in game randomly gets stuck, when issuing movement commands. (Mouse is fine)

So I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. My mouse is fine, but my game has been causing everything I click to be pinged, be it item cool-downs, or any movement clicks resulting in danger missing on my way features being spammed, as well as items in shop just saying costs this much instead of allowing me to buy it. I am doing a horrible job of explaining this and I apologize.

TLDR at random points in the game my movement command clicks are causing the ping to spam on anything it touches. Help?
