Crashing in Loading

i was on vacation and i was playing LoL Fine but then when i got back i kept crashing, here is the status: PvP:Works from time to time Co-oP VS AI: almost always works Custom Game: Never works. specating:without a problem

How can i fix this some people say its because of my Logitech mouse but i've always used it (even during my vacation and it still worked then)
