[Gameplay - visual] Creator Viktor visual bugs

Since the last rework of Creator Viktor, it created some visual, unpleasant bugs. First of all, his autoattack animation does not go from the upper part of his staff (like it is done correctly in Full Machine Viktor, for example), but instead it goes from lower part of his staff and what is worse - slightly from behind, like it is protruding. Just start the game as Creator Viktor, zoom in for better view and do some autoattacks - you will see for yourself. Also, his ultimate is kinda choppy when moving around, it does not happen with other or basic skin.

Please, look into it, I don't think this takes too much time to repair and it would be really great if you did.
