Couldnt Ban, Other Team allowed 4th Ban?

So... I was ban pick, and after the other team had banned anivia it was supposed to be my turn to ban a champion. But instead of allowing me to pick a champion to ban, it let the other team have another turn, and so I couldn't ban my 3rd pick. I don't know if it was just the client or my internet, but I'm pretty sure it was the client.
