Just got a penalty that i didnt even deserve, thanks riot .I.

I joined a ranked game with 99lp and all the sudden my ping went to 500 (always on around 40 otherwise) and see if its bad weather... nope. i see if theres any internet problem with my router, nope. After that i check if my internet works and google and all that works perfectly. So i restart league of legends and try to relog and now its said Authenticating..... for 10+min..... and i can see that its not only me having this problem.... FFS RIOT....so dissapointed.
