I got PBE problems and please do not remove this thread cause I can't write in the PBE Community

Hi ! I got some problems. Yesterday I requested the PBE and got directly a submission for testing the server.. So it was Step4 where you can see Jayce. Then I was able to download the client and yea that's what I did. But I don't have a PBE Account yet. So I Go in the Client on Create Your Account and everytime the window blows up it shows me Heimerdinger and it tells me that it's bugged etc.. I don't know how I can create my PBE Account if I got accepted. I also can't poste this in the PBE Community because I'm not able to create an Account it does just not work and I'm also not able to contact the Support which is bugged also.. Please help me. The third step is to create the account but I get directly to the 4th to test the server.. They tell me Congratulations I got accepted and can start testing and then they also gave me a download link.. Please help!

You're able to download the client without having an approved account, which may explain your situation. Did you check to see if you have a confirmation email that you were granted an approved account, not just a submission? It usually takes weeks to months to get an account, and some people never do.
