"Unspecified error" while trying to re download League

After taking a break from league I decided to re download it, but whenever I try, I always get a pop-up saying "Unspecified error refer to LOGS for more information". I have been trying to download league for the past two days now... I have searched up and tried many different "solutions"(properly reinstalling league, having ccleaner delete all temporary files and tried using a vpn) that worked for others but nothing is working but none of it is working for me. The furthest I have gotten is 45% before the message popped up.

This is from my latest session while attempting to download this game, and the only error in all the files form my lastest session. PLEASE HELP!!!
