First of all I was told that you aren't able to be demoted from silver into bronze. Second of all I have lost games where we have multiple people that are afk and when we lose that game it doesn't count as a loss prevention was is up with this.
You can get demoted out of any tier (except bronze ofc, no lower to go.) If you mean LP Decay, then you definitely should not have decayed, and you should open a ticket.
Doesn't matter if your whole team AFKs. It's still a loss. If afks flagged a loss forgiven, it would be too easy to abuse. It sucks to get AFKs/leavers, but it's the way it is.
You can definitely demote from Silver into Bronze.
Decay (may) be a different story, but as far as demotion goes, you can drop all the way to Bronze 5 (if you try hard enough).
