Sejuani Permafrost (E) bug . Stacks reset.

As said, i´ve been playing sejuani jungle for the past 15 games and have this happened to me 5 times. When sejuani throws permafrost to scuttler and autoattacks too fast, it never hits and the stacks get reset. The link above is not mine, but basically is the same problem that i had when playing. Hope it gets fixed soon.
