[CLIENT] Level 5 Premium Hextech Chest Unable To Open

On a newer account, I had finished a game and just hit level 5. This gave me access to hextech crafting. The following is a step by step of my actions:

  1. Open Hextech Crafting after being informed of it unlocking
  2. Attempting to open chest
  3. Restarting league client
  4. Attempting to open chest again
  5. Restarting computer
  6. Opening League Client 7.Opening the hextech crafting tab 8.Attempting to open chest yet again

*Edit The bug was fixable by switching to the legacy client, however i will leave the discussion here to educate others who have the same issue and alert Riot of the issue.
