Possible Quinn Bug on ARAM

Found out in ARAM that the snowball and ignite summoner spells do not knock Quin out of her ult. It says on the champion page that when Quin takes damage from turrets or champions she is knocked out of her ult and it is put on a 3 second cd. So are summoners spells like ignite and the snowball not champion damage? If they are they should knock Quin out of her ult but it is not.
