Thresh Q Bug

So I was playing a custom bot match, and I discovered that there is a split second where my q is still dashable and the the veigar bot being able to move. I realized this when i dashed to him after he had flashed. I managed to do this a couple more times on the other bots. My cc would wear off, and i could still dash to them.
