lol.client exe has stopped working

So every time im in a champion select this message pops up ''lol.client exe has stopped working '' and i need to click close the program.

And if somehow i manage to get through champion select and into the game everything is fine, so this only happens in champion select. And if i lock in my champion (in normal games) i am able to reconect but in ranked i can't due to the prolonged champion select period. So im not able to play ranked games.

I tried to reinstall lol but it is happening again. I don't know what to do, i lost so many ranked points due to this problem i couldnt find any solutions online so im posting the problem here. If anyone have the solution please share it i don't know what to do. If this continues to happen i won't play lol anymore and i really dont whant that.
