Missing Rammus VO [Gameplay]

The voice overs for the laugh, taunt, and joke animations for Rammus does not play on the Mac client. I'm running OS 10.9.5. Not sure if this problem is new, I only got Rammus yesterday, but I definitely noticed it. The thing is that I have reason to believe that others can hear the voice over an just not me. I checked my settings and I should be able to hear it but it just isn't playing. Not game breaking at all but the Rammus VOs are some of my favorites.
