Usualy when i play Thresh or Lulu kind of supp and i hit minion when it is RLY LOW HP there is no trigger. OFC i have charge but mby discription is failed. IE. minion have 100 hp, my hand is 70dmg. description tell ~~200 hp down u will finish. rly irritating.
UNIQUE - SPOILS OF WAR: **Melee autoattacks **execute minions below 200 (+100% AD) health.
It's right there in the description.
That execute is only for melee champions, not ranged like Thresh and Lulu.
The Relic Shield's execute passive only works for Melee champions (Taric or Leona for example.) Ranged champions will need to hit exact numbers.
