The mastery "Fervor" is bugging on Hecarim

Just wanted to acknowledge that all of these new changes for leagues and its improvements are really excited, but i just wanted to point out that there is a bug with the Mastery "Fervor" on Hecarim. As he gains stacks per attack he does not gain any damage, but he actually LOSES damage. As he auto attacks you can see the AD drop by a few points instead of him gain 10-60 bonus damage on his autos. I am unaware any other champs are experiencing this issue as well, but I wanted to let yall know
