You sound extremely entitled, my guy. Relax. They can't fix bugs with a snap of their fingers, that's really not how coding works. They're also humans, not robots meant to serve at your beck and call. They also have no where near 3 billion players.

If they aren't losing money, they aren't to much in a rush to fix ASAP. It'll get fixed, just not as fast as they could/should.
