Runes deleted

So today I go in champ select and find out that my custom runes have been deleted. Anyone else having same problems?

same problem. Happened after two back to back bugsplats. One was during load screen, the other right as soon as I loaded in game. Both of these were the same game, which happened to be my promos. Even though we won, it counted as a loss because I was gone for so long.

EDIT: was only able to exit out of league full screen after restarting comp
