Hextech chest bug : What ever i do i just cant get a hextech chest

I have 4 chests available,i havent played in a while so none of my champions have gotten a chest yet.The problem started the first week i started playing again with my friend.While i was a bit rusty my friend has been playing for a while so he was much more skilled then me.First two games we played,he got an S rank and he got a chest while i didnt,at first i tought maybe it was my fault but after checking,i played a champion i owned,i had all 4 chest slots available i didnt see a reason why im not getting a chest.After that i decided im going to get an S on my own so i went and did that.When i dominated a game with Pyke i got an S but to my surprise i didnt get a chest(i owned Pyke).So now im writing this bug report,so maybe one day i can get a chest i was robbed of.
