I believe my worlds quest are not resetting, its been 3 days without a reset to earn tokens and the only quest i have available is, "complete 4 quest" for a reward of 25 tokens. I have 1 out of 4 for this completed and no other quest present for 3 days now.

same here but i have 3 out of 4 and brought the master pass i think right after i completed the first mission to get the icon which is why i have 3 of 4 i think what about you
