Disappearing game

i just played a ranked game, at the end it disconnected as we were taking the nexus turrets and so i left the game thinking it just ended and we won because my team was ending as 4. i leave the game and it takes me to the home screen with no recognition that i just won a ranked game, no lp gain, and IT WASNT EVEN ON MY MATCH HISTORY!. it's like i never even played the game. i am very uspet as i tried very hard and played my heart out as yasuo to earn that victory that i wasn't even given LP or credit for!

I even messaged the thresh from my game afterwards because i thought i might be going insane. he confirmed what happened. here are screenshots as proof:

All i really want is the game to count on my record and my LP gain that i deserved for the victory

P.S. I contacted riot support via live chat and the support employee was of no help so i had to take this to the forums.
