Rammus Camera-Lock Bug

So I have had this bug happen to me twice now. So, it wasn't just a one-time thing. Situation:

Champion: Rammus Skin: Ninja Situation: The screen locks onto the champion, and you cannot remove it either with the key-binding or the icon by the map. I have only had it happen when I am jungle. But, if I go a little ways into the match without dying the screen locks onto the champion. As soon as you die it unlocks and you can freely move it again. I only noticed this when I was having a good game, because I had to play 20 minutes of a couple games like this. I'm not sure if this was on your radar, so thought I would post it here.
