So I just recently got added into the testing cycle for this month. I downloaded the launcher and patched everything, and now it says the server is unavailable? I looked on the server status and it says its online. I know there is maintenance that has to be done but im confused as to why the server status says online?

Maintenance is done frequently on the PBE, usually updating content, which results in the server being unavailable.
I'm not sure as to why the server status says available. Where are you seeing this? PBE server status isn't listed on the Server Status page.
"We usually deploy to the PBE once or twice every weekday. During that time the server status is set to "Unavailable" and you will be unable to log in. When this happens, try again after an hour or so. If the PBE is still unavailable, check the PBE Community for any announcements that may explain any extended downtime." From the PBE FAQ.
