[CLIENT] Many bots are able to play in 3v3 Twisted Treeline

Presumably as a result of some new exploit from the 5.22 patch, many bots are active in Twisted Treeline normals right now.

Of the four games I played today, 3 of them had bots, the first had 2 bots.

The bot names are as follows: Angle6215 Henry6267 EarthaLeZifz

Bot behavior symptoms include but are not limited to the following:

1. Standing around in random locations on the map
2. No masteries
3. No speaking in chat
4. Randomly approaching enemy champions and engaging
5. No lane/position commitment

Please address this, as I don't want to play League of Legends at all while this is going on.

EDIT: Downloaded a small patch on Thursday or Friday, no more bots. Downloaded another small patch today, and now they are back! Riot, what is going on? Can't you stop breaking this after you fix it?
