Shop Glitch?

I bought the marauder Olaf skin while in the pre-game lobby. The skin, however, still says "click to purchase." When I click it once again and it brings me into the shop, I see the word owned. My rp is also drained from the purchase. Is marauder Olaf disabled, or did the game bug?
