Ranked Queue

So there's this bug found on the ranked queue match up. The timer for banning a champ hit 0 but it won't transfer over to the next player, nor will it make a new matchmaking search. Since this guy's in the other team I can't really tell what's going on. Help?

The champ select broke. They put the old one into effect for now you can leave and it'll be fine
