RADS Error and many more errors

So, here's the thing. I installed LoL few days ago after a short pause of playing. I had that RADS error for couple of hours, tried almost everything ( shutting down anti-viruses, firewalls, ... ) and after some time it just started working. Today, I had same error and I tried to uninstall the game, but some folders got deleted and some folders couldn't delete because "they are corrupt" or whatever it says when i open the game. So, can someone help me fix this error for good, or there is no solution and I should just wait whole day to fix it self and play? Tnx.
