Fix Ivern's passive please

Just watch these videos and say to me that Ivern's passive isn't completely bugged

It don't always happens but it's so annoying, like when your q spell bugs your only available choice is to wait around your camp and just ask to the game to be able play, or you just wanted your camp to grow but the game decided that you'll take the little monsters but not the big raptor wolf or krug, it can just destroy the thing that you've planned.

I don't know how these bugs happens but they generally happens during the mid-game, maybe it's because of some items or a thing like that but it never happens during early or late game, or it is really rare.

Ok, nobody plays this champ but please don't make Ivern a 2
