LAN Transfers stopped

So I have a friend in the LAN server and he asked me if in my server (EUNE) transfers are available. It turns out that LAN transfers are stopped which is normal from time to time but I also saw they have been stopped for half a month from the server status in the site. So me and him were wondering when will the transfers in LAN server be back? Please someone from Riot answer, he really has to know quick. :) Thank you!
